Terms of Use

Last updated 4 October 2026

In short

  • TracKick is an independent app and isn’t affiliated with Kick.
  • Stats are saved daily, starting when you connect a channel. They’re a guide, not a guarantee.
  • Premium is billed to your Apple ID and renews until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
  • Keep your collab listing honest and respectful, and use what you see about other streamers fairly.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and JB Apps (“we” or “us”) for your use of TracKick. By downloading or using TracKick, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use TracKick. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

TracKick and Kick

TracKick is an independent app. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kick, and “Kick” is a trademark of its owner. Your Kick account is covered by Kick’s own terms, which still apply when you sign in through TracKick.

Who can use TracKick

You must be old enough to use Kick under Kick’s terms and able to enter into this agreement where you live. If you use TracKick for a business, you agree to these terms on its behalf.

Your account

  • You sign in with your Kick account. Keep your iPhone and your Kick account secure, because you’re responsible for what happens on your TracKick account.
  • You can disconnect your Kick account or delete your TracKick account in the app at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes everything TracKick stored: tracked streamers, history and collab listing.

Premium

  • TracKick is free to download. Premium is an optional subscription bought through the App Store. You’ll see the price in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Price changes are handled through the App Store, which tells you about them before they apply.
  • We may change which features are part of Free or Premium.

Stats, best times and AI summaries

  • Stats come from Kick. Follower history is saved every day, not in real time.
  • Records start when you connect your channel or start tracking a streamer. Earlier history isn’t filled in.
  • We work to keep stats accurate, but they depend on Kick and may sometimes be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
  • Best times and AI summaries are estimates to help you plan. AI summaries can be wrong, and TracKick can’t promise any particular growth for your channel.

Tracking other streamers

TracKick shows public information about the channels you track. Use it to plan your own streams, never to harass, stalk, impersonate or harm anyone.

The collab hub

  • Listings are opt-in. If you publish one, other TracKick users can see it. Getting listed is part of Premium.
  • Your listing must be accurate and yours to share. It must not be illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or misleading, or infringe anyone’s rights.
  • You keep ownership of what you put in your listing. You let us store it and show it in TracKick for as long as it’s published.
  • We may hide or remove listings that break these terms or are reported, and limit access for people who break them repeatedly.
  • Collabs are arranged directly between streamers. We aren’t part of any arrangement you make, and we don’t verify listings, so take care when you contact or meet people.

Acceptable use

When you use TracKick, don’t:

  • break the law or Kick’s terms;
  • try to get into other people’s accounts or data, or TracKick’s systems, without permission;
  • scrape, copy or resell TracKick’s data, or run bots or automation against it;
  • reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
  • interfere with or overload TracKick’s service;
  • use TracKick to harass, spam or harm anyone.

Our rights

TracKick, including its design, code and content, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use TracKick on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the App Store’s Usage Rules.

Ending your use

You can stop using TracKick and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we need to for legal reasons. We may also change or stop offering features, or TracKick itself.

Disclaimers

TracKick is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its stats will be complete or accurate. Some places don’t allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, followers or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for TracKick in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll also give notice in the app or on this page. If you keep using TracKick after the changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
